AUDIT & COMPLIANCE REVIEW
We utilise the 4 pillar Safety Management System of Risk Management, Safety Policy & Documentation, Safety Promotion & Training, and Safety Assurance for safety and compliance assessments for your business and supply chain. This is done through open assessment audits. We perform a gap analysis and provide recommendations to achieve National Heavy Vehicle Law Compliance and Safety.
Our industry qualified and accredited personnel conduct comprehensive assessments through onsite audits:
| - Advice on Supply Chain to assist organisations in meeting obligations under the National Heavy Vehicle Laws. - Facilitation and development of Safety Management Plans along with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for activities including Load & Unload, Exclusions Zones, CoR, Fatigue Management, Mass & Maintenance Management, Drug & Alcohol testing - We can do this on your internal fleet, or 2PL or 3PL contracts Organisations who are registered under National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) must also comply with NHVAS business rules and audit parameters.  |
