CILT Philippines sets and maintains standards for delivery of professional development programs and seminars through certification of programs that meet the academic requirements for Chartered Membership status and recognition of short courses and seminars through the provision of continuing professional development (CPD) points. Members can be assured that if they enrol in any certified or recognised course that these have been mapped to the CILT International key knowledge areas and therefore, have been assessed against CILT’s international standards and benchmarks.
